I have over twenty years of experience, of which more than 10 years were in banking sector. My experience range from IT Governance and Audit, Managing IT Departments, IT Strategy and Planning as well as in Customer Service and Technical Support. Furthermore, I also have ample experience in Statistical Analysis, Questionnaire Design, Sampling Design and managing on field data collection, data cleaning and analysis as well as report writing. My current job includes customer support in Neobank operations (for instance, Apollo a flagship digital bank @ BoA). I am an avid advocate of Instant and Inclusive Payment Systems and an enthusiastic follower of the current developments of digital payments in Ethiopia.
