Marvin has extensive experience of over 15 years in financial institutions and recently worked as Project Manager with VisionFund Zambia focusing on Digital Finance Solutions under the Mastercard Foundation/Oxford Policy Management Savings at The Frontier (SatF) project that aimed to improve the financial inclusion of low-income individuals and communities in sub-Saharan Africa. A Competent Technology and Digital Finance consultant who has delivered for different stakeholders. A Cybersecurity expert with the ECCOUNCIL and a Certified Digital Finance Practitioner (CDFP) and Certified Instant and Inclusive Payment Systems (IIPS) expert from Digital Frontiers Institute/The Fletcher School at Tufts University. He also possesses an LLM in Intellectual Property from University of Lusaka. Knowledge of Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA) for compliance to Data Protection law. He has extensive knowledge of Security Controls governing the protection of Personal Identified Information (PII) and now passionate about IIPS.
