Working in one of the indigenous Banks in Ghana (Fidelity Bank), I have close to 8 years of working experience in Electronic Banking Operations. As a manager, I specialize in Card Settlement and Chargebacks as well as Instant Payments. In the course of my career I have taken part in several projects like POS Acquiring, Prepaid Card, Ghana Instant Pay Project, QR Code Project as well as Ghana pay, which have added to the product offering of the bank and increased profitability. I look forward to deploying more Instant Payments in the coming months, however, my focus is also on optimizing processes and ensuring efficiency within my department by automating a lot of mundane tasks, to give room for more projects.
