Haoua Souley is a consultant, and core-banking system professional in the banking sector in Senegal. She worked for several years as IT Director at FBNbank in Senegal. She is a certified digital finance practitioner, and IIPS certified in regulatory, business and technology domains. She is very interested in the development of an instant and inclusive payment system in the West African Economic and Monetary (WAEMU) region and is planning to conduct PhD Research in the domain.
