I’ve led implementations of both Retail Instant Payment platforms as well as Wholesale Real Time Gross Settlement Payment Systems in Asia as well as in Africa, I’ve also worked jointly as a leading member of teams during implementations of payment and technology platforms across Turkey, Iraq, Jordan, and the UAE.

As of 2022, my most recent engagements include the development of the solution for RAAST in Pakistan. In Ethiopia, I’ve led the deployment of a Retail Instant Payments Platform as well as the deployment of a Payment Gateway and White Label Mobile Platform. I’ve also led the development of scheme rules for Kenya’s leading Interoperable RTRP Service Provider enabling them for P2P payments as well as P2M and interoperable CICO networks. In Pakistan, I’ve also helped entities set up technical infrastructure as well as navigate licensing regimes in the domains of Electronic Money Institutions and Digital Banks. I’ve also very recently led a project to help Pakistan’s premier Payment Scheme establish an Open-Banking centred Mobile Platform that enables the largest network of billers in the country.
