A Payments Business Analyst Team Lead with more than 15 Years in the banking space with experience ranging from Core Banking systems design and interbank payments systems. Have payments experience from South Africa and Southern Africa banking systems and currently been employed by the South African Payments Associations with core responsibility being designing Business and Functional requirements that are used in the South African Interbank clearing and settlement changes. I also have regulatory skills and experience in developing interoperability rules for participants who play in the national interbank payments systems. Highlight experience in the Payments Modernisation experience in South Africa touching Debit and Credits electronic payments modernisation changes. Experience in real-time clearing and settlement as well as batched clearing and delayed settlement electronic payments systems including High-Value SWIFT Payments and Low-Value EFT systems. I also have experience as a payments Projects Manager with specific roles in facilitating business analysis and scoping sessions and other day-to-day high stake project management experience and skills including planning, scheduling, resource management, reporting and continually updating project plans as needed and ensuring coordination across all project stakeholders.
